SKILLED WORKER

The Skilled Worker Visa is the main visa route for foreign workers to live and work in the United Kingdom under the new immigration system. This visa has replaced the Tier 2 (General) work visa.

SPONSOR LICENCE

If you are an organisation wishing to employ foreign workers, you must first obtain a sponsor licence. If your application for Sponsor Licence is successful, you will be able to hire skilled workers from outside.

YOUTH MOBILITY SCHEME VISA

The Youth Mobility Scheme Visa is for young adults between the age of 18 and 30 from certain qualifying countries to live, work and experience life in the UK.

UK GLOBAL TALENT VISA

The Global Talent Visa UK is for exceptionally talented and promising individuals in the fields of academia or research, arts and culture or digital technology who wish to work in the UK.

HEALTH AND CARE WORKER VISA

A Health and Care Worker Visa was launched in August 2020 to help healthcare professionals to come to the UK and work in an eligible job with the NHS or NHS-related bodies.

PARENT VISA

BRITISH NATIONALS OVERSEAS

The British National Overseas (BNO) visa is a new immigration route that opened to applications on 31 January 2021. This visa is open to Hong Kong citizens who have British National (Overseas) status, and their close family members.

CHILD STUDENT VISA

You can apply for a Child Student visa if you’re between 4 and 17 years old and you want to study at an independent school in the UK.

PARENT OF A CHILD STUDENT VISA

You can only apply for a Parent of a Child Student visa if your child has or is applying for a Child Student visa, or if they currently have a Tier 4 (Child) visa.

EU SETTLEMENT SCHEME

The EU Settlement Scheme is for EU, EEA or Swiss citizens and their qualifying family members to continue living in the UK after Brexit.

ANCESTRY VISA

If you are a Commonwealth citizen and you have at least one grandparent born in the UK, you may be able to apply for an Ancestry visa. You must intend to work in the UK after your arrival.

TEMPORARY WORKER

The Temporary Worker (T5) visa category offers a variety of options for overseas nationals to take on short-term work in the UK that will satisfy cultural, charitable, religious, or international objectives.

INTRA COMPANY WORKER

The Intra-company Visa allows existing employees of multinational companies outside the UK to transfer to a job in their company’s UK branch.

BRITISH CITIZENSHIP

If you have been in the UK for a sufficient amount of time (usually 5 years with additional 12 months or more with Indefinite Leave to Remain) and wish to apply for British citizenship, you can apply for Naturalisation as a British Citizen.

SETTLE IN THE UK

Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) is an immigration status granted to non-British citizens enabling them to settle in the United Kingdom.

MARRIAGE VISITOR VISA

If you wish to have your marriage or civil partnership ceremony in the UK but you do not wish to stay and live in the UK, you can apply for Marriage Visitor visa for up to 6 months.

STANDARD VISITOR VISA

A Standard Visitor Visa covers tourism, family visits, business, medical reasons or a short course of study (up to 6 months).

CHILD VISA

If you are residing in the UK or applying for a Partner or Parent visa, and you have a child outside the UK, you can apply for a Child visa if you wish for your child to join you in the UK.

DEPENDENT ADULT RELATIVE VISA

If you, or your relative who lives outside the UK, require long-term care, you may be able to apply for a Dependent Adult Relative visa to come to the UK to be cared for by your relatives who either hold British citizenship or are settled in the UK.

GRADUATE ROUTE VISA

The Graduate route is an opportunity for international students in the UK to continue to stay, work, or look for work. This route is a part of the Global Talent Visa policy that focuses on recruiting talented individuals in the STEM sector.

FRONTIER WORKER PERMIT

A Frontier Worker permit lets you come and work in the UK if you live in another country and you are from the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein.

STUDENT VISA
